Tile layers reprojection in client side?

Good afternoon,

OpenLayers has cool feature where you can overlay tile layers with different wkids. Does ArcGIS Maps SDK for JavaScript have something similar?

Unfortunately not.  As it says in the "Known Limitations" section of the TileLayer documentation, "All tiled layers must have the same tiling scheme and SpatialReference."
