I'm trying to find some starter templates to use for an arcgis js API website, partly to not have to start from scratch but also to examine a completed site using best practices. In the past, I've started with one of the samples and expanded and modified it but I doubt that is the best method. I'm not using arcgis online and all of the templates I find are for arcgis online. Can those be modified for use with arcgis server rest services?
