Map | The popup is not displayed on the correct position

Hello All,

Currently I am investigating a popup issue, in some cases the popup is not displayed in the correct position, the Feature Layer handles the position of the popup (no UI code).

I think this happens when we reduce the size of the map, especially the value of height.
