Integrating Web Scene with API

I am fairly new to JavaScript, API's and web development.

I was wondering if it is possible to add some additional attribute data to my 3D buildings in Web Scene based on an ID currently in the attribute data and joining it with an API. I believe it is possible, but how difficult is it to accomplish?

An example building with an ID marked with a red rectangle ("ehr_gid").

I can make a query on an API with that ID (the site is mostly in Estonian).
