What is the best way to search for all the layers in a map that have the HTML Popup enabled? I want to be able to select from those layers, click a polygon, and have a new window pop up with the URL associated with that feature. Something like this feature was already set up in ArcIMS, and I'm trying to recreate it in ArcGIS Server using Javascript API.
