GP Result to CSV

How do you send the return of a gp task to a csv file for user download?

i.e., a user defined graphic is used to select features from a feature layer.

The return would be the table of the feature layer.

Examples, samples, thoughts.

I found the following in the ArcScripts Gallery, attribute table To csv:

For the time being I think I will probably just use a gpTask. It won't be an elegant solution, but the user just wants somethings quick and dirty.

I think this fits the bill.
