generate image by click event

I'm trying to find a way for

by click event on feature layer,   generate image from lat, long or address of that location and pass the image to layer attributes and display it in infowindow.

Is there a way to generate image of building from lat, long?

What do you mean generate an image on click event?... That does not make any sense to me.

  Well a lat and lon do not magically make an image. Do you have some web service that will return an image based on a lat and lon?

 i have nearly 20 features to show images, the count is not constant it may change
