Anjelina,

There are NO draw tools available for SceneView like there is for MapView (Yet). The only thing available for SceneView is the AreaMeasurement3D and DirectLineMeasurement3D

Not in this situation. The 4.x API is just not there yet.

Robert is right, drawing tools are currently not supported in the SceneView.
