There is a known bug in ArcGIS JavaScript API that could be seen in Internet Explorer 11 only: when you try to make zoom with mouse, click on the map in left top corner of zoom area and drag it to draw a rectangle then the left top corner of the rectangle begins not in the point of the click but with some shift. Zoom you could make with Ctrl+Left mouse button or with Navigation widget of esri/toolbars. It was promised that the bug will be fixed in 4.0. Now I can't check it because all this tools miss in Index | API Reference | ArcGIS API for JavaScript
So the question: does the bug was fixed and how to check it?
