Configure Crowdsource App to show maps first

I'm trying to configure the Crowdsource Reporter App from the local government/AGOL team locally and host it on my server.

I have a fairly simple enhancement request to have it show a map view instead of the list view by default (in the mobile version). See screenshot below.

I can't find the portion of the code to edit to make this change. Can anybody point me in the right direction?
