Changing rotation of WebStyleSymbol in 4.x API?

Hello, thank you for the answer! It helped me a lot.

In the sample page, the models are rendered based on the data provided by feature services. However, I cannot make it dynamically change based on user input. I would like to ask if it is possible to rotate the model by setting parameters on the client side?  Thank you!
