In ArcGIS JS version 4.X, is it possible to have labels display some lines to correspond to the map?

We currently have this in 3D, and hope to have it in 2D at a future release.

Therefore it is currently not possible to create such labels in 2D.
Is there any update for this feature because in documentation still nothing.
