ArcGIS API for JavaScript 4.19 Snapping - not working for some datasets

Hi,

I am trying to test the 4.19 Snapping functionality and it is not working for large dataset such as UK National dataset Land Registry National Polygon Service and Ordnance Survey Master Map Lines which are published as Feature Service. They are working fine with 3.x functionality, however, with 4.19, it throws a Timeout error. Any help will be much appreciated.
