Mobile App not sending reservations to room calendars

Hello, 

We upgraded to version 1.14 iOS mobile app and when we request a booking it goes straight to "would you like to save this request  to your calendar?" but the booked room shows no reservation for the time and we don't receive a confirmation email.
Booking the same room within the web app operates as expected. Room is booked on both calendars and we receive an email confirmation. 

Not sure what we are doing wrong. Any ideas as to what may be happening?

forgot to mention...our default calendar is set to be our Office 365 calendar and the Indoors App has been allowed access to the calendar.
