When merging a temporary placeholder occupant with an actual occupant record, does Indoors only match if there is a perfect match?
For example, if my new employees name is Jane Lin Smyth coming in from the HR database which of the following placeholder names will match when merging?
Jane Smith
Jane Smyth
Jane Lin Smith
Jane Lynn Smith
Jane Lin Smyth
From the limited testing I have done, it appears to match only last one. I'm curious if I am missing something here or if the KNOWNAS field has to be an exact match in both datasets in order for the merging to match the records?
