Map Data not yet available

Hi,

I have one question. we have some problems after we pass scale 1:1,128 the image disappear.  we did not have this problem some months ago with puerto rico area. Now the imagery service do not have images after this scale?

What service are you using?  Is it one you have locally on your ArcGIS Server?  If so, are you sure you created the cache for that area, at that scale?

If one that is hosted on ArcGIS Online...maybe it isn't cached at that scale from that service.  We have a lot of issues with that in Alaska....the data isn't available at those scales, so they are just blank of have that "Map data not yet available"   Whether is ever will be for our area or no is a question.

If it was there a couple months ago...maybe they are refreshing the cache.    ??
