Starting at 10:13 AM Eastern US time, every Hub site that my organization owns and all the ones that I regularly interact with have started returning 404 errors for myself and the team I was working with at 10:13. I can't even get to the ArcGIS Hub product homepage.
Is there some kind of outage that we should be aware of?
We are also getting Page Not Found on all of our hub sites.
Same for me, though I'm seeing 'Please sign in, This site requires ArcGIS credentials.'
For https://hub.arcgis.com/ I'm getting

Thanks for posting, I just found out that's the message I get when I'm logged in as someone on our ArcHub site.
We are as well. Hopefully we'll get some information soon.
Looks like Esri are aware based on https://hubstatus.arcgis.com/ (shows ArcGIS Hub is not available). I have also logged as a support case.

Sorry for the unexpected outage yesterday.
We identified, resolved, and reviewed the cause of the outage was due to the Hub Site Domains API.
We are in the process of updating the Site Domains API to have distributed, multi-region servers and during this migration the servers lost the connection. We will make improvements to our infrastructure code to prevent this type of error in the future.
