Following page error

Good morning,

I need y’all’s help. I am having trouble getting community accounts to follow my initiative site https://tx-glo-cdr.hub.arcgis.com/. When folks create a community account and click the follow button, they are getting this error:

I have been searching documentation and youtube videos, but I cannot figure out how to configure this so that people can follow the site. This is a major issue for us, as we want to gatekeep pages so that people have to follow the page to access a subpage.

I figured it out. The default community account settings were changed to viewer. I switched them back to creator and this resolved the issue. I hope this can help someone else!
