Hi all, I need some help.
Our organisation has a short term trial of ArcGIS Hub Premium and I am having difficulty creating Sites and/or Initiatives (whichever they are called now) within the Hub Premium.
I don't have the option under Overview to Create the New Site. It just isn't there.
I am signed in as the Administrator account that activated the Hub Premium, so permissions should all be good to go.
I have a feeling that I may have deleted the wrong Groups when trying to tidy up and start fresh. Initially I had used a tempate site to get started. That generated the set of 3 groups as usual. Wanting to start fresh again, I deleted all groups thinking I could just create a new site from scratch, or another template. But I can't.

Has this happened to anyone else here?
Do any of you have a solution for this?
My trial expires the 31st October and I am hoping to get a lot more functionality tested before then.
