ArcGIS Hub Category Card not showing tagged data

i have an open data site with a category card set to "use tag query".  The tag query is "huntsvillle governance".  

The data table layer I have shared has the tag "huntsville governance", but the data table does not show up when users click on the Category Card.  Any suggestions ?

I'm having the same issue. Even if I enter the same tags into feature layers and category cards, the feature layers don't occur in category cards.  Any guidance from Esri fellows would be much appreciated!

Having the same issue. Building a GeoHub fthat contains a data section with 6 category cards set to category query. Only one category is working, but only showing 8 datasets of the total 11 tagged.

I'm having the same problem.  My categories don't return any results.  Has anyone been able to solve this issue or identify the cause?
