Does anyone know of any data sets that contain weather front (cold front, hot front etc) information?

I think the link you are looking for is at 

NWS_Forecasts_Guidance_Warnings/natl_fcst_wx_chart (MapServer)  and note that the embedded link at the IDPGIS page is not a secure (https) link, so I added that.
