You may wish to use ArcGIS Pro for this work. https://pro.arcgis.com/en/pro-app/latest/tool-reference/ready-to-use/an-overview-of-the-hydrology-toolset.htm and SRTM (90m grid) may or may not be sufficient for what you are trying to accomplish in your hydrology model.

Welcome to Maritime Geonet, Amilynn! Tenakee Springs is one place I never visited, though it's nearby 1997 survey of Hawk Inlet we performed on Rainier. You'll find a lot of resources through this UC blog posting (and I hope you virtually meet with you next week!) https://community.esri.com/groups/arcgis-for-maritime/blog/2020/06/18/oceans-and-maritime-agenda-esri-virtual-uc-2020 Cheers, Guy

I forgot to mention the ArcGIS Maritime GeoNet page - this is where you'll find more information about Bathymetry, Charting, and other tools important to this community. I hope you can make time in your calendar to attend the EsriUC2020 this year! Also, check out our Oceans resource Hub, again curated by Keith. Cheers, Guy

Hi Abel, Welcome to the Esri Maritime community! It sounds like you are doing the necessary work of cataloging your features, and will soon be on the journey to share that data more broadly so that others can effectively see and use the your authoritative information. You may be interested in using The Living Atlas to share in ArcGIS On Line.I recommend you check Keith VanGraafeiland's Blog and contact him, as he is the Ocean curator for The Living Atlas. You can contact me directly at gnoll@esri.com Guy

If you are interested in providing comments to NOAA's plans, please consider addressing the opportunities this ArcGIS Enterprise 10.8+ workflow will create. For example, recreational boaters who use visual navigation methods with Custom Charts will be able to use up-to-date imagery. As with the original decision to release S-57 ENC freely to the public, I expect that this change will drive innovation in the delivery of navigation services as well as new uses of Marine Spatial Data Infrastructure. Please see Captain Rafael Ponce's presentation about MSDI from the Busan meeting of the MSDI Working Group for the IHO in March 2019 for more information about this important initiative.
