Hi Jorge,
Have you seen this step-by-step walkthrough of the GeoBIM process? https://storymaps.arcgis.com/stories/0150b4d7004d439f8d7875f51fc1b1e9
The short version, once you're account is established and connects to Autodesk, use the Tools page to perform georeferencing.
Assuming your DWG file was correctly located and has a valid coordinate system or PRJ file stored with the same name in ACC, running the Tools should create a polygon boundary for your DWG.
If you select that boundary, the Link Explorer will show you a link to the source file in ACC using the Autodesk Forge Viewer.
Have a look through the above document and let me know if you have questions.

Great. I will have a look at the storymap and stop clicking things randomly. 🙂
Interestingly, a sample project draws the envelopes correctly, but I'm not getting the viewer or a link other than the one showing in the popup.
Interestingly 2, a drawing I grabbed from the Civil 3D training data folder, is drawing in Null Island. I suspect this is where the .prj issue comes into play.
