Hi everyone,

I have created issues in Autodesk Construction Cloud drawings (*.dwg, *.rvt) and executed Locate Issues tool in GeoBIM app. I can see that issues are displayed in map and scene views, but when I select the issue and open linked document view to the drawing, no issues are displayed.

Any ideas why linked document view does not display issues?

Regards

Deividas

Hello Deividas,

This previously worked when we released back in October 2021, but with recent API changes, we discovered this as a known issue in the Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) APIs for Issues. We are continuing to work with Autodesk on their API updates to address this challenge, so for now 'Issues' have limited support in ArcGIS GeoBIM from ACC documents. We are hoping that these API updates will be implemented soon and will keep customers posted on when we are aware of this update. For now, we have included some information on this in the Release Notes page of the GeoBIM Documentation:  https://doc.arcgis.com/en/geobim/latest/get-started/release-notes-for-arcgis-geobim-june-2022.htm

Note: this problem with Issues should not exist for users with Autodesk BIM 360 projects.
