Hello, we have successfully loaded an ArcGIS webpart on our Test Sharepoint page, however every time I close and reopen the page I have to log into the ArcGIS webpart, is there anyway to make this stay logged in? or have we set it up incorrectly?
I Understand when you start your computer and go to a web browser open up the sharepoint page you have to log into here...then the first time you look at the map and it's associated layers you need to do this, but surely it is smart enough to keep us logged in...
We have SSO setup correctly and we also have the latest webpart App ArcGIS for Sharepoint installed with 2024.2.2.1888
If you have any ideas or tips please let me know...
Speak soon, and thank you in advance for any help...I'm no GIS guru or even Sharepoint but if you need any clarification call out!
Cheers
Steve

Hello @RaajRaaj , no, when I sign into our Portal, close the tab and navigate back to the Portal I remain signed in. It seems that the issue is isolated to the web part in SharePoint.
Thanks, Sam
Hello @Samuel_McAuley --
If possible, would you be able to send me a screen recording?
Thanks & Regards,
Raaj
Hello @RaajRaaj I have just PMd you 🙂
Thanks a million to @RaajRaaj for jumping on a video call to help resolve this, really appreciate your help. It turns out the issue was that our organisational-browser settings were set to prevent pop ups across the board. However, what I didn't realise was that the web part was trying to sign me in automatically in a pop up when the page that had the web part embedded in it first loaded. This meant that it would never sign me in automatically. Disabling pop ups for that SharePoint page resolved the issue instantly. For anyone else who may have this issue, I was using Microsoft Edge.
You're welcome! 😊
Hello All,
This issue is now resolved, the issue we had was we were plocking Popups for all pages within Edge, we allowed Pop Ups for our domain name/URL for our Sharepoint sites and then we automatically logged in, great result from Raaj at ESRI.
