Powerpoint does not stay signed in to ArcGIS Online

Hi:

It appears Esri Maps for Office 2.1 64 bit logs off from ArcGIS Online if inactive for a period of time. In powerpoint when we start the slide show, the map can't be made dynamic and we get an "invalid token" message. What's misleading is the Esri Maps toolbar still shows we're signed in. We have to sign out then sign in and it works.

Previous to this version, we did not see this probelm. Is there a fix?

Hi Matt -

Thanks for your feedback and question. We are aware of the token issue and it will be fixed in the next version of the software. For now, the method you are using (signing out and signing back in) is the best 'fix' available.
