The Specified ArcGIS enterprise URL is not valid after publishing

Has anyone had this error pop up with their dashboard after it's published? We are using an ArcGIS Enterprise login.

I've had a power BI dashboard using ArcGIS for awhile and last week this error popped up. 

My searches led to this post but my IT department says nothing has changed on the Enterprise side: https://doc.arcgis.com/en/microsoft-365/latest/power-bi/configure.htm

The map has been validated with the publishing check and works in the production environment of PBI.
