I am trying to figure out why all of the ArcGIS maps we have in a published (to the public) report are not loading.

I just performed a data refresh in the desktop Power BI app, published to our Power BI workspace and overwrote the report we have online. Now, none of the ArcGIS maps are loading. I created a new ArcGIS for Power BI visual, signed into my account, and checked the validation on all of the maps and they all came back with green checks. However, when I visit the public URL in Chrome, using incognito mode, all of the maps display this:

This is what appears in the devTools...

Hi @luckachi,

Thanks for your question! Could you please make sure that you sign in to ArcGIS when publish your report?

Hi @NaZhang_Esri  - Yes I was logged in. Tried on both the desktop version of PowerBI as well as the web version and both experienced the same issue. We ended up having to remove these maps because we could not get them to work correctly. Both my supervisor and I tried and could not solve the problem.

I repeatedly have the same issue.  My current maps show that I am not logged in to ArcGIS, however, I am logged in and I can add a map where it asked me to log in.  It still shows my other maps, previously created as NOT logged in.  Help!
