Color transparency in Power BI ArcGIS Map Not Working

The symbology-style options have completely changed. No transparency option for the color ramp? Is this a bug? I hope this is something that will be put back into the tool.

I'm experiencing the same - I had transparency applied under symbology on an ArcGIS map in Power BI. Now options for transparency are missing from the visual, if I update the map, the transparency is gone. No option to re-instate. Would be interested as well to know, if this feature is returning please?
