Please add label formatting

There is currently no way to adjust labels other than font changes. For example I have decimal data formatted to percentage in my PowerBI model but the labels on my map are all 16 digit decimal values. It would be ideal if the PBI formatting was inherited to the labels.

@LiamCurrie @EugeneYeuseyenka - Right now, we are working on once Power BI data is formatted, the label should be updated accordingly.
