I regularly add layers from ArcGIS Online to my PowerBI maps. But I've noticed that I cannot change the symbology of these layers (e.g., outline color, transparency, fill color). I think it would be a major improvement if this functionality could be added to ArcGIS maps for PowerBI.
Does this mean we will be able to symbolize features based on values from a Power BI table? For example, if I create a join between a feature layer from AGOL (or Enterprise) and my tabular data in PBI, will I be able to change the appearance of the feature layer based on the values in the table?
@JCable - Sorry I just saw your question. For join layer, you can add your Power BI data to the Join layer field well, when configuring the Join layer, you can select the added Power BI data as "Fields to append". Then you can go to symbology and add this data as Color or Size.
