all our users started getting the two script errors below when trying to sign in using the the 420 plugin. regardless of whether you select yes or no, result is the same, blank login screen. we can login fine through a web browser but not through Civil 3D 2023. any one else running into this or know of a solution?

Hi @DougW , @AllenP , and @CallieW

Your teams should now be able to sign into their ArcGIS Online organizations using ArcGIS for AutoCAD.

Thanks again for letting us know about this issue and for your patience over the past two days.

Hello @DougW,

You mention your organization is running build 420. Please try the current release which is 430.1 on a machine or two.

ArcGIS for AutoCAD download.

Install ArcGIS for AutoCAD

Let us know the outcome please.

Thanks Dan, I was just trying 430 and getting the same errors. I also ran all available updates on my AutoCAD 2023. Neither 430 or 420 wants to load in AutoCAD 2025 .

I wonder if you downloaded build 430 months ago because 430.1 is the latest and only available download.

my 430 is old, installed it when it was first released & there was an issue & we went back to 420. I'll try this & let you know. Thanks for the help.

We also have a couple of users running into the exact same problem today.

Civil3D 2024 + 430 plugin to start

Updated to 430.1 and still get the same script errors at sign in.

Just tried a clean install of AutoCAD 2024 + 430.1 on a machine that has never had the plugin installed before and it's also popping up the same script error.

Hoping they'll be a resolution posted soon.

Hello @DougW and @AllenP,

Are you both connecting to ArcGIS Online or ArcGIS Enterprise?

Also tried adding the project portal site to login to it directly and the same script errors come up.  Never see a login box at all to enter any credentials.
