Hi Everyone,
I have been dealing with an issue with ESRI for over a month now. Essentially I cannot download offline maps successfully. All layers have sync enabled and allowed for offline use. Additionally, all layers have worked flawlessly in the past. The maps are able to be downloaded on mobile devices but I need to manage my organizations field maps from a desktop. It has really thrown a wrench into my work.
I get an error stating that the item ID's that are being downloaded for offline use do not exist. I have done extensive testing with ESRI techs but have had no luck for a month. I am hoping someone in the community might be experiencing something similar.
