Filtering Data for viewer

In experience builder I can pre filter the data in the data tab, so viewer can only see selected data in that app, I am trying to find a way to do the in field maps. For example, I have one file with open and closed locations, and I want users to only see the open locations in field map, however I use this basemap in several maps, so filtering the basemap its self is not an option. Any help on this is appreciated.

You can go into the map that field maps consumes and filter data from there or am i missing something?

While that is how I normally do that, I use this map in 15 experience builder maps and they are filtered directly in the app, since each team is limited on what data they are allowed to see. I am trying to see about use this same map in 15 field maps and filter it directly there, so I can only update one map and not 15. Right now the only way I have been able to have a different field map for each team is to have 15 separate maps that I have to update. Hopefully this makes sense.
