How can I enable "Will high-accuracy GPS receivers be used to collect data? If enabled, GPS metadata will be collected" when the map was created without this option.
If you are trying to add the GPS metadata fields after a layer has been created in field maps designer, you can do this in ArcGIS Pro by running the "Add GPS Metadata Fields" tool, in the data management toolbox, against the layer. I am not sure if there is a way to do inside AGOL or an Enterprise Portal. Hope that helps.
