Hello! I have my Field Maps and Survey123 apps linked. One of the fields typically contains a percent sign (%). When it does, all the spaces in all the fields appear as %20 when opened in Survey123. When there's no percent sign in the field, everything transfers to Survey123 normally. I saw some posts about this from years ago but wasn't sure if there's a solution to this yet. Thanks in advance!
