Field Maps Designer oddity

I recently opened Field Maps Designer and opened a map to look around at the features it might provide. Now I cannot add data to the Map using the iOS app. I can add data by opening the Web Map.
Obviously the GPS accuracy is not meeting the settings.
Before I opened Designer I would be able edit attributes/fields.
Is there a way I can clear whatever I have done in designer without redoing the webmap?
