Failing to download same area on two devices but one account

Hi,

I’m looking for documentation regarding someone using an AGOL account to download the same predefined offline area in Field Maps to two devices. The download fails on the second device if the first device still has the area downloaded. There is no clear error message in the app log regarding this, but it seems like this is probably an unauthorized workflow on your part. We’re planning on cracking down on this behavior.

We wouldn't recommend having the same area on two different devices as this could cause a sync and data conflict if the users were able to download the areas. Take caution on creating areas on the fly as they could contain overlapping data and cause data to be incorrectly logged or synced.
