Controlling order and visibility of fields in "Details"

Is it possible to control the order and visibility of fields in the "Details" area pictured? It does not seem to use the pop-up configuration of the map or the hosted feature layer.

Yes this is possible, however you need to use Map Viewer Classic to configure the order of the fields. The newer Map Viewer authors pop-ups in a way which Field Maps does not honor yet. There's a few other threads about this issue:

Please check out the latest release of Field Maps (Nov 2022) - where we have added support for popups configured with the (new) Map Viewer.
