Hi there, I have created an experience builder application for folks to add points to a map (the points include categories like where do you feel safe? where do you feel comfortable? etc.) However, I need to capture some general demographics of the people entering new points (i.e. student, parent, etc.) Is there a way to have a survey123 survey at the beginning of my experience builder for folks to enter in this information and have that be added to all points created? Say a student adds a point for where they feel safe and another for where they feel comfortable...I need those two points to have an attribute field that says they are a student.

With your exact requirements, taking a set of data once and making it pre-populate into all point a user creates in a session, I don't think it is possible without creating a Custom Widget.

@GraceTortorici_ I think you can try to add a Survey widget inside a Window, which can popup when user visiting the app, so user can fill their info before view the map. https://doc.arcgis.com/en/experience-builder/latest/build-apps/add-windows.htm
