Print function not working in experience builder

Hi all, our print function seems to be down today with experience builder. I tried clearing my cache, opening the application in a new browser, etc. None of those actions worked. Is there some hidden workaround i could do?

no. it actually works at smaller scales (1:60,000) but doesn't when zoomed in real close (1:1065) which is what I am after for utility lines.

I got it to work. Just add to take off the old layers and re-add them. It worked when i did that. Thanks for the help everyone!
