Experience Builder Filters not displaying values

I have an Experience Builder app where the map displays roughly 28,000 points across PA.  I set up filters based on values and set them to values filtered by other expressions within the filter.  It initially worked; however, it repeatedly fails to find any values in the filter and will say "No Data".  Sometimes clicking around the map will make the values reappear, but lately it will not do anything.  During the initial build, it usually works fine.  After a few tests, it cannot find values to filter any more.  All of the values are there, it just will not recognize any.

I also have a table view of the data that filters to the extent of the map - not sure if this could cause an issue.  I tried removing it and the problem reoccurred.

Hi, I'm not sure of the issue but just wanted to write that I have a point layer and had initially set up an EB with filters similar to what you describe. The point layer had 36,000 records which is a lot but again they are just points. I remember seeing exactly what you see and actually still see the 'No Data' text in the filters even in a much smaller dataset in another EB now. There's like a lag, if you wait values will show at least that's what I experienced. But from a user standpoint it was a confusing experience of knowing there is data to filter by and then having to see No data, click again values appear. I eventually had to switch it to use an embedded dashboard in the EB. The category selectors were consistent, responsive and a much better user experience. The way you can have values sorted in the dashboard selectors and other options in my opinion is still so much better than EB.

If you wait after seeing the NoData do values eventually appear in the filter?

In which version of Portal did this issue occur? Could you please provide a screenshot of the Filter configuration page?

We are using the Enterprise Portal.  Screenshot below.  Thanks for looking!  As a quick fix, I switched all of these to value contains and users can input names.  That works perfectly, but I'd rather use a filter.

Hi Ke_Xu,

It was AGOL for myself.  I no longer have the EB and switched to an embedded dashboard. I had logged a tech support case in Sept. 2022 with my experience. Esri Case #03130254. At that time the case concluded with this info, new BUG-000152790 Inconsistent filter results or 'No Data' message received in Experience Builder when using multiple filter variables
