Pie Chart Selection - pan/zoom to not working?

The goal of this application - would be to have the user select a group of records via the pie chart, and then have the map zoom/pan to that location, and filter those records in the map.
The filter action is working just fine, but the pan/zoom doesn't seem to be functioning or I have something setup incorrectly.
Test app - pie chart has earthquake records as does the map.
Click pie chart, the map filters the records (awesome), but it does not pan/zoom.
Action settings.
