My experiences don't show all basemaps available in my organisation. This does only occur in the ArcGIS Online version of Experience, not the developer edition from the previous version.
Anyone came across this issue and found a solution?

Ah yes. You have turn on a setting in your ArcGIS Organisation settings. At Sharing and Searching in Security options, turn on Members can search outside of organisation.
Do you have some screenshots that can elaborate on the issue? Tried a few groups and they work as expected.
Yes of course. All screenshots are taken at approximately the same time.

Here is the basemap selector in a hosted Experience on our server made using ArcGIS Experience Developer edition.
And this is the group for the basemap gallery of our organisation.
In the latest ArcGIS Online edition, the basemap tool of the Map widget should display the same organization basemaps as the BasemapGallery widget.
Could you add the BasemapGallery widget separately in ArcGIS Online and previous developer editions, and select "Synchronize with the basemap gallery settings of your organization" in the basemap settings ?
Then take screenshots separately to help us analyze the problem.
Here you go. It should be synced, but it does not.
Is the screenshot from ArcGIS Online edition or the developer edition?
This is a screenshot from ArcGIS Online of course. The developer edition works. It's not the latest developer edition though, it's build 0230307.152430.CST, version 1.11.0
Are you sure that the basemap group configured in the organization is the group containing three basemaps in your screenshot?
I'm very sure. It was the first thing I checked.
