Map widget not scrolling

I'm trying to make a simple map application that includes the map widget.  I have "Enable scroll zooming" turned on.  The map in the widget doesn't respond to the mouse at all.  It doesn't zoom in or out with the mouse wheel, it doesn't pan in any direction.  I've tested it several times.  The zoom buttons work (the + and - symbols), but that's all.  Am I missing something?  Shouldn't the map inside the widget pan and zoom with the mouse?

Same issue here and it is very frustrating. Enable zoom scrolling is checked on in Map Options, as well as enable pop-up, both of which are not working. Seems like a basic function of map navigation and display. Is there an update on this please?

Also looking for an update on the fix for this very basic functionality as we have various web applications set up for clients using Experience Builder on our AGOL. Would also appreciate an explanation as to why an update was tested and pushed to AGOL that somehow broke this very basic functionality?

We are actively using up credits for fees to store the data used in these applications, and yet we can't use the applications in the way that they were advertised.

Also, why hasn't an update on the bug been provided after 5 months?

Hi All,

I apologize for the inconvenience. We are doing research on it.

This problem seems easy to fix, but it actually has a certain degree of difficulty. It may involve reconstruction, and we will need some time. We will fix it as soon as possible.

Please track the BUG-000175526 Map widget configured as a child component to another Map widget disables panning & zooming.

Please try this workaround first.

1. Add a Widget Controller widget.

2. Add the Map widget in it.

3. In Widget Controller setting panel -> Open widgets on loading, select the map widget.

4. Turn on Preview and see.
