Location referencing widget can't add route

Hello,

I'm working with ArcGIS Enterprise 11.3 and ArcGIS Pipeline Referencing. I want to use the Location Referencing widget on ArcGIS Experience Builder, but it only works with the Search by Route widget. I have tried the LRS Identify, Add Point Event, Add Line Event, Merge Event, and Split Event widgets, but they do not work. I have a problem when selecting a route; it highlights the selected route on the map but does not add it to the field blank.

For example, in the LRS Identify widget, I can select a route, but there is no data shown in the window.
