I have an Exb app in Portal with several custom widgets. The goal is to create a copy of the app in AGOL, and of course wihtout the custom widgets. Is there a quick way (like import, export) without re-createing the Exb app from scratch in AGOL?

I just notice that since the Portal verion of my app was deployed to IIS, AGO assistant is not able to copy this app to AGOL.
AGOL is usually a newer version than portal so it does not usually go all that well.
