Jimu UI icons problem (loading state?)

Hello everyone 🙂

I have a problem with Experience Builder after the upgrade (probably the issue is related to `jimu-ui`). Since upgrading from 1.7, I see a lot of flashing icons (especially in my custom widgets). Here's an example. When the widget starts rendering icons, at first it looks like the following:

After a while I see icons rendered correctly:

Unfortunately, this behavior drastically affects the user interface of our widgets (especially the more dynamic ones). I presume this is related to some sort of loading state, such as lazy loading. Is it possible to disable this feature and restore the previous behavior that we had in ExB 1.7?
