In an Experience app (ArcGIS Portal), some users experience that the input field in the editor app loses focus.
This seems to happen randomly. Sometimes immediately, sometimes only after a few minutes. Is that something driven by the experience or is it a browser issue?
It occurs in different types of browsers.
Can you elaborate on what you mean by loses focus? Closes? Doesn't take edits? Error?
By losing focus I mean that when you want to enter text, the text box does not accept any input. The cursor is gone. Then you must first click with the mouse in the text box and then you can enter text again. Although it also happens that immediately after clicking with the mouse in the text area, the cursor (focus) immediately disappears again and you cannot yet enter.
What version of Enterprise? I have not experienced anything like that.
The version of ArcGis Enterprise is 11.1
