Is there a way to load "Predefines Unique Values"

Is there a way to load "Predefines Unique Values". I am currently entering them manually.

Sure @DanielFox1 ,

in a Select, Query  or Filter widget when configuring the selection  with the button SQL Expression,  it opens a window called "SQL Expression Builder", then there is a way to Predefine Unique Values for a field.  I have to enter them manually. I am looking for a way to upload them, because I use this same search values in other widgets.
